Ajouter progressivement le gingembre à l’ail, l’oignon et la coriandre au chevre d’huile d’olive;

With these ingredients, you don't need salt and pepper. You can add a little lemon juice if you wish. You can eat this spicy tartar as an appetizer on toast.

Why use these foods?

I used goat's milk because goat 's milk is more digestible than cow ' s milk. This property is linked to its high content of short chain fatty acids. Goat ' s milk is an alternative to cow ' s milk (tolerance and taste). Goat ' s milk is in some cases recommended for children who do not tolerate cow' s milk

Ginger has many antioxidants.For example: Cook ginger in water for 20 minutes. And drink a glass of water like ginger for every day. It is very good against fat.

Garlic offers protection against stomach and intestinal cancer, but garlic must be organic.

Coriander contains antioxidants against heavy metals.

Use quality organic olive oil. Extra virgin olive oil contains antioxidants, as well as other anti-inflammatory nutrients, which help reduce high levels of bad cholesterol, fight free radicals and prevent premature skin aging
