How to sleep well?

We live half of our lives asleep. How can we erase sleep disorders, or rather how to sleep well? Here are my very simple and useful recommendations. But always try to find the cause of your problems, and if it persists, go and see a specialist.

Precautionary principles:

1/ Turn off the internet and wifi.

Devices such as computers and phones should be in aeroplane mode. Wifi and internet should be turned off. Reading a book is more recommended than reading or writing on your computer.

2/Electronic devices

At a trade fair in Givet, I learned from Hugues that two types of electrical connections exist.

  • one with land
  • a landless one

Hugues is a geobiologist, he advises the inhabitants of a house to enable them to better manage their living space and to avoid invisible aggressions. He has a meter to know the voltage of electrical appliances such as the microwave (this machine diffuses a lot of waves, even when it is not working). He experimented with two bedside lamps. The first one as the electricity was connected to the ground, the voltage is low.

The second one was different, the voltage is higher than the norm and moreover when it was switched off but plugged into the socket, bad energy was diffused. This kind of equipment placed near your bed will disturb your sleep. It is very important to know how your electrical appliances are.

3/ Violent films to be banned:

I had the bad idea to watch "the purge": an ultra-violent American anticipation film. As a result, I didn't sleep all night.

My experiences for my sleep :

  1. Meditation: Following a guided or unguided meditation for 30 minutes is nice before bed. My favorite is this one.
  2. Gomphrena

Herb from the amazon of guyapi, it is a very bitter natural anti-stress. It helped me a lot before my meditation practice.

3. The cushion in the fridge

The freshness of the cushion will relax you, add a few drops of lavender essential oil.

4. A shower before going to sleep

A hot shower will put you to sleep, in the morning a cool shower will wake you up and stimulate your energy.

5. Going to bed the other way round

A tip from my French acupuncturist, you can't sleep, something is bothering you, sleep in the opposite direction you are used to: it works, but we don't know the reason.

The spiritual demands of our body:

Many people have sleep disorders and wake up between 3 and 4 am. Is this really a sleep disorder? Could it be related to our biological clock that prompts us to work on ourselves either by meditating or by practicing yoga? It turns out that the state of our body between 3 and 5 a.m. is perfect for meditation and even for practicing astral travel.

In my case, meditation calms me down, de-stresses me (I don't know how or why), but I sleep better. The intuitive message I received at that time was to practice soul passages in cemeteries. Since then, I am more balanced, the spiritual research on me has defined what my mission on this earth really is.

Our body is a more complicated mechanism than expected and defies the laws of science. I compare it to a machine that manages its own power and capabilities.

On the other hand, very few practitioners are educated to look for the causes of diseases, they are more trained to stop the effects. This is completely different.

We are primarily spiritual beings, but few people know this. Working on yourself through meditation or yoga leads to a rebalancing of the chakras and a vibrational increase. Both of these consequences rebalance your body. The more vibration you have and the better the chakra opening, the more positive the attraction will be and the better your life will be. If you wake up between 3am and 4am like I do, it is because life and your body have a message for you. Your goal is to work at that time to adjust your body. I am not talking about working on the computer or anything else, but energy work through yoga or meditation.

To conclude: being in several spiritual groups on FB, I am currently noticing that many have been complaining for a few months about sleep problems, tiredness and uneasiness. At the moment, the influence of the moon is very strong and sometimes I stay at home because I vibrate all day, my chakras join my aura and this gives the attraction. It is very energetic. I advise you to take time for yourself. My advice is very simple: watch the moons change. Then my intuition tells me that something is happening on our planet. We are very sensitive to waves and energies. Some people say that it is the magnetism of the earth that is changing. I don't know, but it's a readjustment of something that will be good for everyone. If you are spiritual and not in shape, I recommend that you continue with yoga, meditation and walks in the woods. Have faith, it's normal.
