The ingredients:
A few potatoes (new ones preferred)
garlic according to your preference
onion according to your preference

1 tablespoon of a good quality mustard.

pieces of cooked pike, cut up and boneless.
Lemon juice or alternatively sliced grapefruit (this adds freshness to the salad)
Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water with or without the skin, depending on whether the potatoes are organic. Once they are cooked, cool them down.

Allium is a wild plant with the taste of garlic. I advise you to blanch it (start with cold water, then as soon as it boils, drain it)
Take a bowl, put in the mustard and the minced alliar: spray and add the oil. You make a mayonnaise without eggs. Relax it with the cold pike soup, which is very fragrant (the juice from cooking the fish).
Cut the potatoes into thin slices. Put the potatoes, pike, chopped garlic, chopped onion, chopped ginger, lemon juice and sauce in a bowl. Mix everything together.

Serve chilled
Cooking is about organisation (time spent in the kitchen is precious for your health), intuition, and taste. You are the conductor of the orchestra. If you don't have garlic, use coriander. If you don't like garlic, don't use it. If you want to make it very spicy, add ginger. You can replace the potatoes with cold cooked semolina and add cooked beetroot. You have a base, it's up to you.
