My vegetarian or vegan dish.

I am not a vegetarian or vegan but sometimes our body (especially our liver) needs a break. Our body needs to regenerate.

This recipe is easy, not long in 20 minutes, it is perhaps quickly ready. We get a good health with a home cooking with healthy products. It is gluten free (read the label of the oil and mustard).

Ingredients: Potatoes, onions, leeks, garlic, ginger, celery or carrots. Trick: blue cheese which is added just before serving.

1
Prepare your vegetables. First the potatoes and then the rest: ginger, garlic, onion, leeks
1
Heat your oil, and roast your potatoes.
1
When the potatoes are browned, add the vegetables.
1
cooking time 15 minutes in the oven
1
The cheese is optional in this dish. This recipe can be vegan.

You can make a sauce: ingredients garlic, coriander, olive oil, mustard, ginger.

1
Mix all the ingredients and add the sauce according to your taste. The sauce is spicy. This helps to reduce the salt.

Why add raw vegetables at the end?

Raw is life. Raw food is full of minerals, vitamins and trace elements.

What are the benefits of :

Garlic; Prevents heavy metal poisoning. It is important to know that conventional agriculture gives heavy metals in the food.

coriander: reduces Too high a level of bad cholesterol in the blood and it against the diabetes

ginger: good against cancer, it is also an antioxidant

For the drink, if you add blue cheese: a strong white wine Casa de Mouras de Dao with 9 different varieties.

This recipe can be served with meat.

My tips

Do not use a microwave: it kills the nutrients in the food.

Don't drink sodas (especially red-labelled ones) with this kind of recipe. You are killing the recipe.

Use organic food and seasonal vegetables if possible. I only eat tomatoes between June and September in France. Beware of tomato sauce (usually the tomatoes come from China). I don't eat avocados any more, because they have become an ecological disaster in Mexico. Buy local either directly from the producers or from small independent traders.
